REFUND POLICY

30-DAY RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

CONDITIONS
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging (if applicable)

We cannot accept returns on:
- Worn or washed items
- Items without tags
- Items damaged by customer

HOW TO RETURN
1. Contact us at hello@shftworks.com with your order number
2. We'll provide return instructions
3. Ship item back to provided address
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving return

RETURN SHIPPING
- Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or we made an error
- We recommend using tracked shipping

EXCHANGES
For size or color exchanges within 14 days:
- Contact us at contact@shftworks.com
- Customer pays for exchange shipping within Australia
- Replacement shipping covered by us
- Subject to availability

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days
- We'll provide free return shipping
- Full refund or replacement

REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be issued to original payment method.
